Dear Sir and Madam,
in consultation and with the consent of my good friend Mike Andres, born in Frankenberg, Germany on October 13, 1976, I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Paul Nicolai Schulte, born on June 21, 1966, in Wuppertal, Germany.
For 26 years, I have worked in the pedagogical field, specifically in foresting independence in young people and in outreach family support.
I have known Mr. Mike Andres online for aproxiamately nine years and have been visiting him ragularly in person for about five years.
Our communication is always highly interesting and often innovative, equally dedicated to the technical-scientific as well as the ethical-moral progress of humanity.
In recent years, my good friend Mike Andres has faced extremely inhospitable and even live threatening circunstsnces. As an Asperger's autistic person with savant syndrome, he has at times repeatedly required significant emotional-mental and, to a degree, material support to endure and overcome these severe challenges.
In this content, I was often able to suggest potential solutions to Mike, strengthen him emotionally and provide mental-spiritual stabilization. He himself has stated on multiple occasions - and I write this with fully humility - that, without my support, he would no longer be alive.
Over the years, our communication made it increasingly clear that my friend Mike Andres was working on solutions for existential questions of science and society. My support has been and continues to be meaningful in his regard, providing him with the emotional backing needed to unleash his full potential.
Now we can rightfully proclaim, this work has been exceptional succsessful. Mr. Mike Andres and I sincerely hope to be able to present to science, technology and society highly innovative theoretical insights, including phenomenal practical applications, which would vastly expand humanity's sphere of knowledge and lived experience.
Athough Mike Andres and I aim to develop only technologies that benefit humanity and share scientific knowledge, the formulas carry the potential to derive highly severe destructive weapon technology, which would vastly overshadow anything previously known. This misuse must be effectively prevented with all nessecary consequences.
To achieve this, it is absolutely essential, to establish an independent institute, dedicated effectively to this monitoring task.
Specifically, the mathematics of entaglement would represent the next atomic roulette game, only with a destructive force unimaginably greater and, beyond a certant point, capable of acting with absolute, irreversible devastation.
We intend to bring the Oppenheimer cinflict into the central field of attention from the very beginning and view the establishment of the control institute as an indispensible condition.
Last but not least I would also like to introduce Mrs. Ute Herbertz, born on December 30, 1961, in Wermelskirchen, Germany. She is also a very good friend of Mr. Mike Andres and me and has provided the both of us over the years with significant mental-spiritual and practical support, which has always been of prime importance.
